Icebreaker
We will start with an icebreaker to learn more about the current story inside your organizations. We'll share some stories from failure to success within our context. Then we'll introduce the PAGES acronym
P: Prioritizing Problems
We’ll talk about the importance of discussing and prioritizing problems, e.g. “Don’t make higher order problems worse when solving lower order problems!”
A: Explore Multiple Actions
We'll cover the Ratatouille Principle and breaking out of old patterns, e.g. removing old patterns, learning the rules before you customize, and replacing them with new ones.
G: Working Backwards from the Goal
We'll cover what success looks like as if it already happened (i.e.”Future Winning”), with a focus on the desired effect both logically and emotionally.
E: Comparing Evidence
We will address how to build metrics before you begin and consider what is needed to leave the problem behind AND reach the goal.
S: Sharing Stories
We will build a “Personal Story Collection”, the more emotional, the better. Explain how to always be connecting via stories, share success stories externally, and share all stories internally, both success stories and failure stories.
NOTE: We do not offer public classes at this time, but we'd be happy to offer a class for your workplace, neighborhood, school, or religious community, virtually or in-person for groups as small as 10.
